The War on Iraq was never about “Weapons of Mass Destruction”, the war on Syria was never about “Chemical Weapons” or a “brutal dictator”.  Similarly the war on Iran is not about enriched uranium.

In each case (and many others), however, fake pretexts such as those listed were and are being used to fabricate consent from consistently credulous Western populations for Supreme International Criminality committed beneath banners of “humanitarian intervention”.

The Western apparatus of deception transforms ostensibly neutral agencies into cogs for a perpetual war machine, leaving in its wake unimaginable death, misery, displacement, and failed carcasses of formerly sovereign countries, each a testament to the false and risible doctrines of “freedom and democracy” and/or “humanitarian interventions” (1)

The Syria Scam by Inspector A (author) published by greenhill publishing, sheds further light on an ostensibly “objective and professional” agency, in this case the Organisation for the Prevention of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), and the corrupting process of politicization.

Two seemingly unrelated events foretold the future of OPCW inspections in Syria. The first was former U.S President Obama’s declaration in 2012 that “any use of Chemical Weapons constituted a ‘red line’ “that would trigger U.S military intervention against the Syrian government. (2)

Obama’s warning signalled to “Armed Opposition Groups” (AOG), in other words, Daesh/al Qaeda/ISIS  and their Western intelligence managers, that staging a chemical attack and blaming Assad, or worse, slaughtering/poisoning civilians (black operation false flags), would spark an escalation of U.S military support for the Western-supported al Qaeda insurgency.

The second event occurred on 27 May, 2014, when an OPCW vehicle en route to a field hospital in a terrorist-occupied area was struck by an Improvised Explosive Device (I.E.D) and attacked by armed terrorists.

As the first OPCW Fact Finding Mission (FFM) report explained,

After the occupants were evacuated into the other vehicles, the convoy made an effort to return to safety.  On re-entering the town, the first vehicle in this convoy was attacked with automatic gun fire. While this vehicle managed to get away, some distance ahead from the point of the shooting, the remaining two vehicles were intercepted by armed gunmen and members of the team detained for some time. Upon the intervention of the opposition group with which the arrangements for the visit had been made, all team members were released unharmed. (3)

The aftermath of this incident was predictable.  Inspector A explains,

Anyway, regarding attempts by FFM Alpha to actually conduct on-site investigations, that was it.  For the next four years there were no attempts to get FFM investigators to the scene of an alleged chemical attack. FFM deployments were mostly to Turkey, usually to a hotel in Gaziantep where alleged witnesses and victims from opposition groups were brought, bringing with them the items that were presented to the FFM as ‘evidence’. (4)

Importantly, Inspector A would explain, “We all knew this sort of investigation from a distance , with the lack of any verifiable evidence, and the risk of hearsay wouldn’t stand up in a court of law.” (5)

To summarize, Inspector A explains the corruption of the investigations: First, there was no chain of custody of evidence. Second, everything in the in the case was provided by sworn enemies of the Syrian government.  Third, the above actors (including (likely) scripted witnesses, White Helmets etc.) had everything to gain by implicating their enemies in an attack.

And yet despite all of this, legacy media reported the alleged attacks as though they occurred. “In virtually all mainstream reports” explained Inspector A, “the language now implied that it has been proven without a doubt that the Syrian regime carried out chemical attacks ….”. He described the OPCW as “another NATO agency”. (6)

In cases like Khan Shaykun and Douma, explains Inspector A, who ultimately became a whistleblower, “the outcome of their (OPCW) deliberations had been pre-ordained by the execution of retaliatory strikes against the Syrian regime …” (7)

To conclude, all of Inspector A’s detailed and qualified observations concerning the OPCW and alleged chemical weapons violations by the Syrian government indicate beyond a reasonable doubt that the belligerents in the war against Syria dominated, politicized and corrupted the organization to the point where the organization’s real, unstated purpose, to serve as a tool of regime change, became transparent, despite legacy media and Western mainstream bleating to the contrary.

Will Western populations accept similar fabrications in the war on Iran?
